Invacare Customer Service and Support

Here at Invacare Ireland we are proud to be supporting the Public and Private healthcare sector throughout this pandemic. We have remained opened during this time as our staff continue to work from home. We’ve been inspired by the way in which our customers and staff have worked together to support you and your business during these challenging times.

As we have reached phase three and restrictions are being lifted, we want to let you know the measures we are taking to support you further and how we are responding to the re-opening of the market.

Customer and Technical Service

Our team continue to offer rapid response and support through both email and telephone. The safety of our staff and customers is paramount.  In line with government guidance and to ensure social distancing, the Customer and Technical Services teams continue to work remotely.

Where possible, we continue to ask you to e-mail enquiries. E - mail remains the most efficient method and your query will be answered swiftly.

Alternatively, please contact one of your local Product Specialist who remain operational to support you in the field.
